Delete my data
You can ask Thrive XYZ Limited to delete your TuckPay account and your child's information at any time. Send the request below, or email admin@thrivexyz.xyz. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email and phone number
- Your child's name, class and photo
- Daily limits and item restrictions you set
- Your sign-in details, so the account no longer works
What we must keep
- Records of money in and out, kept for at least seven years as Nigerian financial and tax rules require
- These records are kept without your child's photo and are not used for anything else
Please withdraw any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion. If a balance remains, we will return it to your verified bank account before closing the account.
